learn alongside leaders from different regions, businesses, and functions across the global Yanmar organization. The program created an environment where participants could openly discuss challenges, share perspectives, and explore different approaches to leadership and business strategy. I was particularly impressed by the emphasis on connecting individual leadership development to Yanmar&#8217;s long-term global vision and purpose. The discussions challenged me to think beyond my own region and consider how our decisions contribute to the success of the broader organization.<\/p>\r\n    <p>Through this experience, the biggest insight I gained was the importance of balancing local business needs with a global mindset.
